CNB Checking Acct #......1601 Another year gone by and many plans changed in 2020 because of COVID 19. We had

Town of Brighton Appropriations $13,770.00 easier to find. Sections will be marked with different colors and all graves identified and
Donations $1,820.00 catalogued. Some fences in the old Protestant Cemetery on Pleasant Street by the ball field
were cleared by the Commissioners. A big spruce tree which had fallen was partly cleared
Refunds/Reimbursements $20.00 and will be finished during this year. We also hope to be able to upright many leaning and
Total Income $20,560.00 fallen headstones. A lot of this can be done with a small tractor but the bigger stones work
Expenses: will have to be hired out.
Books $(5,517.28) We are in hopes of applying for some Grant monies from the Veterans Association’s Historical
Newspapers/magazines $(177.00) groups. Hopefully the Town will someday be able to help out monetarily with fixing the
Programs $(2,497.16) cemeteries. We believe the cemeteries are a reflection of the Town they’re in.
