Zoning Permits: Fees
- Zoning: $150
- DRB: $250
- Certificate of Occupancy: $50
Payment must be made when you submit your zoning permit application. To avoid any unnecessary costs and delays, complete the application and provide a sketch of your intended project with setbacks. If your application is not complete, it will be rejected. In this case, you must re-submit and pay the fee again.
If your application is referred to the Development Review Board (DRB), you will incur an additional fee of $250 (for a total of $400).
