Working Road Foreman
The Town of Brighton is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual for the role of Working Road
Foreman. If you’re self-motivated, organized, and skilled in road maintenance, we want to hear from
you!
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily road maintenance year-round.
– Manage the Highway Department budget.
– Ensure compliance with the Town’s purchasing policy.
– Maintain road and culvert inventories.
– Submit grant applications for town road projects.
Qualifications:
– Availability for emergency work during nights, weekends, and holidays.
– Clean driving record and ability to pass drug tests.
– Class B CDL with air brake endorsement required.
– Prior management experience and basic computer skills preferred.
– GED required
